Kodo millet (varagu), Split black gram (urad dal), Split pigeon pea (toor dal), Bengal gram (channa dal), Cumin seeds, Pepper, Dry Chilly, Coriander seeds, Asfoetida powder, Fenugreek, Mustard seeds, Tamarind powder, Turmeric powder, Salt & Desicated coconut. 1. For one measure of Sambar bath mix, add 3 measures of water and add fresh cut vegetables to it in a container; mix the ingredients well and close it with a lid. 2. Pressure cook it for 5 whistles. After removing, add ghee and fresh curry leaves and serve hot.
